A menu my colleague has is missing for me: Roles differ, and the sidebar shows only what yours can open. Ask an administrator for the role you need — and if you reached a page that refused you, quote the permission it named.
The page says my role does not carry a permission: You opened something outside your role. That is the system working. The refusal names the permission so you can ask for precisely the right thing.
A list is empty and I expected rows: Check the filter labels under the toolbar — a filter left on from earlier is the usual cause. Clear it there. If a typed filter matched nothing, the page says so directly above the table.
The clock on my case has not started: It starts when the Office accepts the submission as complete, not when it arrives. A case still at intake has no clock running yet.
A form said it expired: The page had been open long enough for its security token to lapse. Reload the page and enter it again — nothing was submitted.
I was signed out without doing anything: Twenty minutes of inactivity, or twelve hours signed in. Sign in again; nothing you saved is lost.
I am asked for my password again mid-session: Deciding a case and changing a statutory parameter both re-check your password if you signed in more than fifteen minutes ago. Enter it and you are returned to what you were doing.
I cannot decide a case, and the screen mentions a conflict: Your name matches a declared owner or director of the supplier, and the declaration is still open. Either somebody records what was done about it — including "different person, no conflict" where that is the truth — or the case goes to another officer. Both are on the record.
The supplier panel says "not checked" against the register: The companies register has not been consulted for this case. That is not the same as a clean result, and it should not be read as one.
The submission form will not accept my single-source case: A single-source investment contract cannot take effect unless its project is in the Public Investment Plan. The project has to be added to the Plan before the contract can proceed.
